First In Line

First In Line is an internship program designed to provide a road map and development plan for people joining our team, so that from day one they are:

  • Gaining valuable experiences, by doing meaningful work alongside project and company leaders.
  • Receiving coaching and mentorship that helps them develop skills and grow.
  • Being exposed to opportunities to take on greater and greater responsibilities within the organization.
  • Receiving active and enthusiastic support for their own goals and objectives, which may include:
    • Launching their own startup
    • Obtaining outside employment

Our primary objective with the First In Line program is to develop leaders who can be promoted from:

  • Intern (Limited Hours / Unpaid)

  • Co-Founder & CEO (Paid+)

    Founder of their own startup
